We sell raw milk via a herd share. It's just a legality for getting around the fact that the government doesn't want us healthy and consuming raw milk. You can not pickup milk until your herd share contract is signed!

When you pickup your first order, you'll pay $10 to join the herd share, but you'll also get your first gallon of milk for free. We charge $10 per gallon. Cash only! (No Venmo, Cashapp, PayPal, etc—so come prepared with cash in hand.)

Frequently Asked Questions

Is raw milk pasteurized?

No, it is not. It is raw exactly as it comes from the cow. We strain and process the milk in a sterile and clean environment, but we do not pasteurize it. By not pasteurizing it, it retains the full nutritional value that God intended milk to have.

Will raw milk give me the poops?

It can cause loose stools as it helps regulate and improve your gut health.

Is your milk A2?

We don't know. We don't test our cows. We have a few lactose intolerant family members in our household and we can consume the raw milk and any produced dairy products without issue. You're welcome to get a gallon of milk and have the milk tested if you need to know.

Do you skim the cream off?

Nope. Herd share members get whole milk, without the cream removed.

What breed of cows do you have?

Currently, we have a Brown Swiss named May thats active in milk. We have another Brown Swiss named Swiss Miss that will be bred in July 2025 and will provide milk Spring of 2026. We also have a Jersey heifer named Sunflower who will provide milk in late 2026. To put it simply, Brown Swiss and Jersey.

What is the milk bottled in? Can I provide jars?

Your milk is bottled in plastic milk jugs. If you want to be able to ladle your cream off the top, put your milk in your own glass jars when you get home and let it settle for 24 hours. We do not deal with glass jars! No one ever returns them and we lose money. This is non-negotiable.

Do you sell cream?

Sometimes we have just cream for sale that's removed from our stock of milk and is available for sale when there is excess. As our herd share grows, this likely won't be an option, but we have an abundance of milk currently.

What payment options do you take?

CASH ONLY. No Cashapp, Venmo, PayPal, etc. Keep cash in your car or whatever is necessary to be prepared. This is non-negotiable.

When can I pick up milk?

If you want more than one or two gallons a week, we must setup a specified routine day for pickup. Weekends are already full and we have NO capacity for any extra pickups or small orders. Most weekdays are currently open. On your pickup date, you can usually pick up from 8am to 8pm, however, you are responsible for texting us your desired pickup time to ensure we can accommodate. If you need more milk than usual, we need at least 24 hours notice, and may not always be able to accommodate depending on availability.

What do the numbers on the caps mean?

That's the date of milking. 6/7 means June 7th. Raw milk lasts 10-14 days, sometimes longer depending on if its left out or opened multiple times. To keep milk the freshest for the longest, do not leave it out of the refrigerator for any amount of time.

Should I throw my milk away if someone left it out?

That's your call, but cream left out for 24 hours becomes sour cream. Raw milk only becomes dangerous when bacteria is somehow introduced to your milk. Do your own research, but its pretty hard for milk to become dangerous, even when "sour." It's pretty magical, really.

Can we meet you somewhere for pickup?

Nope. All pickups need to be done on our farm. We do not have a regulated cooler or cooling system to guarantee that your milk stays cool. If you are not able to come to our farm, you are not able to get milk. This is Texas law. Write to your state politicians if you don't like it. (Seriously, we please do)

Is raw milk dangerous?

We can not answer that for you. Do your own research. If you're concerned, ease your concerns before coming to us. We can not legally give you advice here.

We can tell you that we consume it and all of our children consume it as well. We will NOT drink the trash water milk from the grocery store. To us, that's far more dangerous with the additives and processing they do to commercialize milk.

At the end of the day, this is a decision you need to research and decide for yourself.
